Are you ready for some football?
Join us for Alumni Game Day in the Mountaineer Courtyard.
The WVU Alumni Association is pleased to welcome alumni and friends to the Mountaineer Courtyard of the new Erickson Alumni Center for our Alumni Game Day celebrations. Our pre-game football events will feature unique menus, entertainment, and a wonderful environment to celebrate with alumni, fans, and friends.
In addition to our new location, we have worked with our executive chef to provide new menu options which will change with each game, and we will have entertainment available at most of our pre-game events.
We hope these changes will enhance your Game Day experience.
The cost for Alumni Game celebration is just $10 per game and includes entrance to the event, a game day souvenir, one boxed meal, and iced tea/water. Additionally, soda, beer and a limited cash bar will be available for purchase. If you purchase season tickets to the event, you will receive a $10 discount ($60 per season pass).
To guarantee your reservation, please confirm your registration form no later than four (4) days prior to the event. A limited number of walk-ins will be available for purchase at a cost of $20 per ticket; however, we encourage you to pre-register in order to ensure that you are part of the Alumni Game Day experience.
Alumni Game Day will begn 2.5 hours prior to and will end 15 minutes prior to kickoff.

WVU vs. Liberty (Sept. 5)
Pork BBQ sandwich, cole slaw, baked beans, pepperoni roll, chef’s choice of a salty snack, and iced tea/water (Soda, beer and a limited cash bar will also be available.)
East Carolina (Sept. 12)
Honey stung breaded chicken (two pieces of fried chicken meal, bone-in), home-style green beans with bacon and onions, macaroni salad, salty snack, and iced tea/water (Soda, beer and a limited cash bar will also be available.)
Colorado (Oct. 1)
Two chili dogs, cole slaw, baked beans, pepperoni roll, snack, and iced tea/water (Soda, beer and a limited cash bar will also be available.)
Marshall (Oct. 17)
Baked ziti with meat sauce, cucumber, tomato and onion salad, warm spiced apple sauce, garlic bread stick, snack, and iced tea/water (Soda, beer and a limited cash bar will also be available.)
Connecticut (Oct. 24 - Homecoming)
Cream chicken gravy with biscuits, mashed potatoes, green beans, snack, and iced tea/water (Soda, beer and a limited cash bar will also be available.)
Louisville (Nov. 7)
Soup beans with ham, corn bread muffin, pepperoni roll, snack, iced tea/water and coffee (Soda, beer and a limited cash bar will also be available.)
Pitt (Nov. 27)*
Beef stew with biscuits, mashed potatoes, pepperoni roll, snack, iced tea/water and coffee (Soda, beer and a limited cash bar will also be available.) *The Pitt Game Day event will be held in the Ruby Grand Hall of the Erickson Alumni Center.
PARKING
Parking passes at The Erickson Alumni Center are available for purchase for the 2009 football season. Parking passes are $600 and include two season passes to the Game Day celebration in the Mountaineer Courtyard.
*All credit card payments will be charged a $5 processing/handling fee. |
